In America the stadiums in the best leagues like NFL and MLB are not really owned by the teams but the state government. MetLife Stadium in New York is owned by the New Jersey State Government. Same with Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, California. That is owned by the City of Oakland.</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">In the end, we need to governments to work with us but we need to convince them somehow. That is why I think stages on one stand would work as the governments in India love there little parties at these places. </font></div>

    Lease also means like 5 yrs or 10 yrs like wat gov. r doin in case of selling their quarters(for 30 yrs on lease)

    Buildin stadium is time takin..wat i'm sayin that the club shud take stadium on lease for 10 yrs..so that no intruption 4m 3rd party and then club can rent d stadium 4 function or parties wen dey r not using it.
